 David Rapley, President and CEO

Mr. Rapley is responsible for running the organization and providing the company's direction through planning, strategic initiatives, and alliances to achieve business goals. He also oversees the new product development further expanding Aerosim's product line. Mr. Rapley possesses over 20 years in the aircraft simulation industry. He has worked for both airlines and simulator manufacturers such as Singer Link Miles, as a simulation software engineer.  Mr. Rapley founded the company in October 1993 after full time development of the Company's core display technologies. Educated in Chichester, England, Mr. Rapley has an HNC in Electrical engineering.

 

 

 

 Philip Brown, Director of Product Development

Mr. Brown possesses over 20 years experience in the Aerospace industry, the last 17 of which have been in the simulation of aircraft avionics and systems. He previously worked at British Aerospace in the Computational Fluid Dynamics Dept. and at Singer Link Miles on Aerodynamics and systems.  He is responsible for all aspects of Product Development at Aerosim. This includes leading the Simulation, CBT/Multimedia and Customer Support Departments, in addition to Program Management.  Educated in England, he holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Aeronautical Engineering with Honors from Queen Mary College, London.

 Kuljit Sandhu, Manager of Simulation Engineering

Mr. Sandhu possesses over 20 years of experience with flight simulation.  He has previously worked for simulation companies including Rediffusion Simulation, Link Simulation and Northwest Aerospace Training Corporation.  He has experience with avionics system simulation for a variety of aircraft types from FMS trainers through full flight simulators. Mr. Sandhu has been with Aerosim since 1996 and manages the software simulation engineering group.  He holds degrees in Aeronautical Engineering from Glasgow University and Electrical & Computing Engineering from University of Midglamorgan. 

 Bradley Haukness, Manager of Research & Development

Mr. Haukness manages the Research & Development team at Aerosim and has been with the company since January, 2000.  He possesses over 17 years of experience working with and developing flight simulation software for both military and civil aviation.  During his career, Mr. Haukness has worked with the Pacific Missile Test Center (NAVAIR F-14A TSSA), Northwest Aerospace Training Corporation.  He also founded and operated BlueHawk Technologies a software consultancy business focused on flight simulator software projects.  Mr. Haukness holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronic Engineering with Computer Option from North Dakota State University.

 Andrew Moon, Manager of Computer Based Training Multimedia

Mr. Moon has 22 years experience in flight simulation and training.  He has worked for Northwest Airlines Training Corporation and Singer Link-Miles.  Mr. Moon has been involved with full flight simulator hardware and software integration, software design for hydraulic driven motion systems, development of avionics communication systems, and has developed and implemented a substantial number of technical training courses.  He has been with Aerosim Technologies since 1997 and currently supervises three groups; software design and programming, CBT instructional design and implementation, and graphics.  Mr. Moon holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering Science with Honors from Warwick University, Coventry, England. 

 Joe Tuccitto, Production Manager

Mr. Tuccitto currently holds the position of Manager of Hardware Engineering.  He has been with the company for 9 years working in a variety of capacities including; software enginee, team lead for the Auto Flight Group and more recently in the research & development group.  Mr. Tuccitto holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science with Mathematics Minor from the University of Wisconsin River Falls. 

 

 Michael Romain, Manager of Customer Support

Mr. Romain heads the Customer Support team at Aerosim and has been with the company since October of 1999.  He has over 20 years of experience in software tech support in a variety of industries.  His group handles all software release processes, user documentation, and support of all phases of product life cycle.  They serve as the main point of contact for customer’s in-house technical staff as well as pilot end users.  In addition, Mr. Romain serves as project manager for all Japan based customer accounts.  He studied geography and cartography at the University of Minnesota. 

 Jennifer Montville, Marketing Manager

Mrs. Montville is responsible for Aerosim’s worldwide marketing and public relations activities.  She has over 13 years of experience in marketing highly technical capital equipment in a variety of industries.  Mrs. Montville also has extensive experience working with start-up companies and small businesses to develop overall business plans, processes, marketing strategies and web sites.  Mrs. Montville is actively involved with a variety of industry associations, donating time and professional expertise.  Educated at Saint Cloud State University in Minnesota, Mrs. Montville holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Marketing.
