How to Enroll in Flight Training at the Academy

We want to make the application process as easy as possible for students. Below is a checklist to help you understand what you need to do in order to enroll at Aerosim Flight Academy. Note: All applicants must be at least 17 years old.

1. Complete the enrollment application.

• Download the application form.
• Scan and e-mail your completed application to info@aerosimacademy.com.

2. Submit a $150 USD registration fee. (Non refundable)

• Payable by: VISA, Master Card, Discover or Wire Transfer. (Please contact admissions for payment instructions).

3. Submit a $500 housing deposit.

• Only for those who choose the Aerosim on-campus dormitory.

4. Provide the Academy with a copy of:

• An FAA 1st or 2nd Class Medical Certificate. (To obtain a Medical Certificate please visit http://www.flightphysical.com/ to find an approved doctor in your area).
• Your High School Diploma or equivalent.
• A letter of recommendation. (This must be written by someone unrelated to you).
• Front and Back of FAA Pilot Certificate. (Only if you currently hold any pilot certificates/ratings).
• Government Identification - (Provide one of the following)
  Certified copy of your Birth Certificate and Drivers License/State Photo ID Card.
  Valid passport (copy must be legible and include your picture and pages showing validity).
