Reports to: Base Manager

Basic Function: This position is responsible for clear and effective communication to Aerosim Academy pilots enabling successful take-offs, flights and landings.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receives flight tickets and issues documents for aircraft and simulators
• Operates in the MISA system; including pencil-ins, terminations, and moves scheduled events as required
• Assigns all tail-numbers for aircraft and simulators
• Maintains 100 hour and 50 hour time remaining reports for the Maintenance Department
• Opens and closes all campus buildings relative to their work shift
• Problem solves throughout the day for shortages of equipment
• High Attention to Detail
• Ability to manage time and prioritize work
