Aerosim Flight Academy is recruiting highly motivated CFI’s.  As an Aerosim Flight Instructor, you’ll learn what it takes to succeed at the airline level because you’ll learn how to train your pilots like the airlines do from Day 1. Bases located in Sanford, Jacksonville, and Hollywood, Florida as well as Houston, Texas — Aerosim provides Part 141 and 61 training from Private through ATP in C-172, SR-20, PA-44, and PA-28R and a King Air C-90.

Flight Instructor Job Description:

• Maintain the quality (pass rate) of flight training at or above 80 percent
• See that each assigned student is scheduled properly
• Maintain flight training standards as outlined by both the FAA and Aerosim Flight Academy
• Ensure policies and procedures of the Operations Manual are maintained
• Ensure assigned students’ training records and folders are kept in accordance with Aerosim Flight Academy and FAA policy

Flight Instructor Job Requirements:

• CFI
• FAA Medical Certificate
• Clean Driving Record

Preferred Qualifications:

• CFII
• Experience in a 141 environment a plus
• IFR Current a plus
