Flight
Crew Training - FMS procedures, including preflight, departure,
enroute, arrival, approach, missed approach, lateral and vertical
navigation, fully integrated with all autopilot and EFIS modes.
Intelligent
Tutor -
Using Aerosim’s advanced training
features such as Snapshot and Lesson Plan Editor, the FMST is
a highly effective
tool in the classroom for instructor led as well as for individual
self-paced training. This can be achieved in either a free-play
or structured
environment. As an option, the Aerosim FMST can
also be delivered via the Internet.
Flight
Simulator Briefing Tool - The Aerosim FMST can be used in the simulator briefing
room to set up and review the lesson
routing, CDU inputs, and autopilot programming. The lesson flight
plan can then be uploaded to the flight simulator (where hardware
permits, requires analysis of the FFS’s ability to uplink).
Maintenance
Training - Maintenance functions of the avionics and
systems can be simulated. This includes system control panel integration
with active system schematics.
Line
Oriented Evaluations - The Aerosim FMST allows for additional
student line oriented flight profiles to be flown, making evaluations
possible in a real time simulation environment.
