Aerosim Technologies, a world-recognized leader for simulation & training products within the Aviation, Aerospace, and Department of Defense industries, is currently seeking an Aviation Courseware Developer to develop computer based training programs for the aviation industry.

Duties & Responsibilities:

The candidate hired for this position will be responsible for the development of computer based training programs for the aviation industry.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Design and implement computer based training (CBT) for pilots in the general and commercial aviation industries.
• Develop text, graphics, animation, and audio files for inclusion in interactive scenario based courseware.
• Use proprietary simulation authoring tools to produce CBT.
• Develop and execute project plans to ensure timely delivery of learning modules.

Qualifications:

• Experience in graphics development using Photoshop and Flash for use in interactive training programs.
• Experience in development of interactive, multimedia online instruction.
• Commercial aviation experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
