Aerosim Technologies, a world-recognized leader for simulation & training products within the Aviation, Aerospace, and Department of Defense industries, is currently seeking an Aviation Training Specialist to develop computer based training programs for the avaition industry.

Duties & Responsibilities:

The candidate hired for this position will be responsible for overseeing and managing the development of computer based training programs for the avaition industry.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Manage a small team of developers in the design and implementation of computer based training (CBT) for pilots in the general and commercial aviation industries.
• Act as an internal Subject Matter Expert (SME) on specific commercial aircraft types (Initial Training provided).
• Interface with customer on training content. Ensure content satisfies quality standards.
• Develop and execute project plans to ensure timely delivery of learning modules.

Qualifications:

• Commercial aviation experience required (CFI preferred)..
• Experience in graphics development using Photoshop and Flash for use in interactive training programs.
• Experience in development of interactive, multimedia online instruction.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
