License permits a single registered user to access the Software
on a single personal computer terminal or workstation only. This
license is for individual non-commercial use of the Software only.
No third party training is allowed. For any other uses, see below. |

Corporate Flight Department License |
| |
This License permits One (1) authorized copy to
be run on a single personal computer terminal or workstation located
at customer’s
designated facility (corporate Flight Department) This designated
copy is licensed for a permanent installation to be accessed by all
company employees as deemed necessary and regulated by the purchaser.
This license is for non-commercial use of the Software only. No third
party training is allowed. |

All authorized purchaser employees are eligible for a 50% discount
off the price of the single-user license of the program (see above).
The 50% discount is calculated from the regular retail price as advertised
on the date of the single-user purchase. See single-user License
terms above. |
